What if my customer uses custom software?
If your customer is using custom software, they need to contact their software supplier and ask them what they are doing to comply with the new CPA standards. We can help with this process too. Send us an order with a sample of their current cheque and tell us to make it CPA compliant.
Don't forget to let us know the computer print spacing: tenths 1/10 by sixths 1/6 or twelfths 1/12 by sixths 1/6, etc. We'll do the necessary changes and send you back a proof. Your customer's software supplier can then use this proof to program the necessary changes.
