	WHAT SOFTWARE IS CPA COMPLIANT?

	QUICKBOOKS
	The 2006 version of QuickBooks is compliant with the new CPA standards for cheques. Our compatible cheque numbers are: QE 634-49 CPA (Blank) QE 634-49 CPA (With print postions) QE 631-49 CPA (Blank) QE 34-49 CPA (Continuous format) QE 34-49 CPA (With print postions)

	SIMPLY ACCOUNTING
	The 2006 version of Simply Accounting is compliant with the new CPA standards for cheques. Our compatible cheque numbers are: QE 630-02 CPA (Blank) QE 630-02 CPA (With print positions) QE 30-02 CPA (Blank)

	VIGILANT
	Version 8.6 has added date field indicators but some printed elements do not conform to the updated CPA cheque standard. For example the standard requires asterisks to be used in front of amount in words elements and Vigilant centres this data with asterisks padding the left and right space. Our compatible cheque numbers are: QE 631-89 CPA

	DYNACOM
	Version 9 of Dynacom is compliant with the new CPA standards for cheques. Our compatible cheque numbers are: QE 630-87 CPA (Blank) QE 630-87 CPA (With print positions)

	NEWVIEWS
	The new version of NewViews is compliant with the new CPA standards for cheques. Our compatible cheque numbers are: QE 633-55 CPA QE 639-55 CPA

	BUSINESS VISION
	The version 7 of Business Visions is compliant with the new CPA standards for cheques. Check the updates page on the business vision website. Our compatible cheque numbers are: QE 639-86 CPA QE 632-86 CPA

	ACCPAC ERP
	Version 5.4 includes compatible cheque formats. Contact an Accpac business partner for assistance with older versions. Our compatible cheque numbers are: QE 632-21 CPA QE 639-21 CPA

	DACEASY
	Version 14 adds support for "OCR Ready Cheques" http://www.daceasy.com/daceasy/v14tour/daceasy_6.html Our compatible cheque numbers are: QE 639-41 CPA

	MICROSOFT GREAT PLAINS
	Product renamed to Microsoft Dynamics GP. Our compatible cheque numbers are: QE 639-45 CPA

	MYOB

	Custom Software Packages
	What if my customer uses custom software? If your customer is using custom software, they need to contact their software supplier and ask them what they are doing to comply with the new CPA standards. We can help with this process too. Send us an order with a sample of their current cheque and tell us to make it CPA compliant. Don't forget to let us know the computer print spacing: tenths 1/10 by sixths 1/6 or twelfths 1/12 by sixths 1/6, etc. We'll do the necessary changes and send you back a proof. Your customer's software supplier can then use this proof to program the necessary changes.
