Face Mask labelling regulations

Are your customers selling cloth face masks?

The Textile Labelling Act states that businesses and artisans making and selling masks require a removable label attached to each mask stating the textiles the mask is made of and the name of who made it.

Competition Bureau Canada is currently focusing on educating those making and selling masks about the rules that must be followed. Anyone guilty of an offence could face a fine of up to $5,000.

Help your customers comply and ensure consumers are informed.

... That's a FACT JACK!
