Let me introduce myself...

HELLO! I am Twila, one of the sales reps here at Factor Forms & Labels.

Twila Horton

I began working at Factor Forms as a Graphic Designer in 2004. After about a year and a half I took on the challenge of Prepress Supervisor until 2009. I then moved into the Sales Department and have been a Sales Rep ever since! During that time, my husband was transferred to Saskatoon, so Factor decided to open a branch for me to work out of there. Eventually we ended up moving back to Edmonton in February, 2015. It is hard to believe that I have already been back in Edmonton for six years - time flies!

I am a people person, so the best part about my job is talking to our Dealers. There are so many personalities out there and it has been fun getting to know them all.

When I am not at work there are a few hobbies that I enjoy. Since Covid-19 began, I have been sewing and selling masks like a MAD WOMAN! I have also participated in some virtual paint night gatherings with friends. They have been an absolute BLAST. Let me tell you....it is so much easier to drink a bottle of wine in the comfort of your own home without the worry of getting home! I have also started quilting. It is something I have always wanted to try and now I have the time to do. Another hobby I have taken up is biking. I cannot wait for the warm weather to arrive so my husband and I can hop on our electric bikes and ride all over the city. Although I enjoy doing all these things, my favourite time spent is with my two grand-daughters.

I do like to travel and have gone on several "hot" weather vacations. I am now very content to stay in Canada and explore this beautiful country we live in. An interesting fact about me is that I have travelled to every province and territory in Canada except the Yukon. I have even dipped my toes in the Pacific and Atlantic oceans in the same year.
