10 years at Factor gets you into the RING CLUB

When you have been employed at Factor Forms & Labels for 10 years, you are rewarded for your service with a ring and become an official member of the ring club. This week James Kirkland and Kevin Carothers were presented with their rings, by Jennifer Blyth, during the ceremony at our Edmonton office.

Kevin started here on June 27th, 2011 as a Collator Operator. He currently runs the Sanden four colour press, but has operated over 15 different kinds of presses and collators over the past 34 years. He is humbled by the diversity of people he has met in this industry and the equipment he has been able to operate during his career. Congratulations on your 10 year achievement Kevin! We are lucky to have your experience and talent on our team.

James began working in the warehouse at Factor on June 27th, 2011. He came to us with many years of experience driving reach trucks and forklifts. His strong work ethic and organizational skills propelled him into his current position as Production Assistant. He schedules the production workload, orders parts for equipment and manages our Safety Program along with countless other tasks during the day. We certainly appreciate all that he does and wish him the best on his 10 year anniversary.
